Returns & Exchanges

At EHPlabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging with all EHPlabs tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
